ECS is seeking a Senior Systems Architect (AWS) to work in our Clarksburg, WV office.
The FBI CJIS Information Technology Shared Services/Enterprise requires an Agile Scrum team to support the development of architecture-based assets for CJIS. The primary focus of this effort will be to develop a vision and direction for CJIS-based systems in the areas of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data Management (including technology related to data lakes) and Cloud computing. This team will create and maintain a Center of Excellence for these areas, providing consistent direction, lessons learned, prototype support, and forward leaning roadmaps for CJIS systems. The Senior System Architect will develop and present a roadmap for the migration and continued operation of CJIS systems in AWS, as well as collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice.
At least seven (7) years of experience in:
- Providing architecture support for large-scale systems operating in AWS.
- Assisting and sharing lessons learned among systems undergoing migration efforts to AWS.
- Developing systems using AWS services in a large organization.
- At least two (2) years of supporting development using Agile methodologies
